Information
Helping Hands Food Bank started as a small closet in the Kingman First Southern Baptist Church 3 years ago. We helped about 65 individuals that first month. Helping Hands Ministry went from a small closet to a registered food pantry partnering with St. Mary’s Food Alliance. We have been able to help more than 4500 individuals with families by distributing over 100,000 pounds of food so far in 2025. We have met our goal of “Eliminating hunger one family at a time”. Our goal is to feed people, love them in the name of Jesus and relay the message “you are loved”.
The part of our Helping Hands ministry that we are very proud of is Our Kid’s Café after school feeding program. We prepare over 800 meals a month, ensuring no child goes home hungry.
